The History of Our Church

Our History

Our church was founded around 1949 and has been rooted in the Southern Baptist tradition ever since. In its early years, the congregation grew to nearly 200 members, primarily made up of families from the surrounding agricultural community. This strong foundation of faith and fellowship shaped much of who we are today.

Who We Are Today

Over time, the demographics in our area have changed, and many of our long-time members have either moved away or passed on. Today, we are a small but faithful group, with an average Sunday morning attendance of 15–20. While our numbers may be fewer, our commitment to worship, fellowship, and spiritual growth remains strong.
